Nele wanted to experience Canada. Couldn't quite explain it why, but we started to work on providing her some solid opportunities. It took almost a year with some ups and downs, but we followed through, sticked to plan and she spent an awesome working experience in Banff, Canada! What an amazing young woman she is!
